The best one for Italy is https://comicsbox.it/
You'll have to deal with ads but it has a lot more data on Italian comics than GCD.
For Australia there is https://ausreprints.net/
There's a couple good ones to start out with, we can definitely build on this over time and as more people contribute to it, great topic!
